Helen Kotonias trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School where she later taught dance. She graduated from Millennium Dance 2000 with a diploma is performing arts in 2002 and has taken examinations in LAMDA for acting, RAD Ballet and ISTD in Tap and Modern Dance marking highly. She excelled in American Rhythm Tap and has had a professional career in the arts since the age of 11 working in tv, film and on stage. Following a car accident and surgery which resulted in complications at the peak of her career, Helen changed direction by campaigning for changes in the NHS at the House of Commons with The Neuropathy Trust and The Chronic Pain Coalition as an expert patient on her road to recovery.

In 2010 Helen decided to put her knowledge of the industry to use and managed and developed unsigned artists who later signed to major labels. She expanded and represented known figures, singers, actors and athletes. Helen founded / managed music and sporting celebrity based events also working with numerous charities, tv companies, radio stations and corporates such as Salesforce.
